Servicing Newark & greater Newark communities, this ongoing initiative is a collaboration between CareSparc Community Connections and Table to Table, a food rescue organization, which directly addresses health equity barriers in underserved communities through innovative partnerships and community engagement. These gateways facilitate linkages to social and economic opportunities, as well as essential community resources that impact health.
